By purchase an Arch Design Award Registration Ticket on www.designawardagency.com and/or submit any materials on www.archdesignaward.com you agree to the following Terms of Use and Conditions:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase an Arch Design Award Registration Ticket on www.designawardagency.com and/or submit your design on www.archdesignaward.com, if you are under this age you confirm you have obtained the consent of your parent or guardian.

2. Provide DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com website with complete and accurate registration information.

3. Ensure your use of DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com website is in accordance with these Terms of Use and any Applicable Laws.

4. You allow DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com website to use the information you provide as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. You agree to fully indemnify DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com website and their sponsors in respect of all costs owing to any person or entity arising by reason of your breaching any of the foregoing.

6. Please do not submit any photos or content that are obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or which otherwise violate any local or international laws.
 

7. You are the only author of your work and that it is your original work.

8. You are the sole copyright holder.
 

9. You have not licensed any rights in the work that will conflict with the usage rights required by DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com website.
 

10. You have permission from the owners of property shown in the work to grant the usage rights required by DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com website.
 

11. That it does not include trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any other third person or entity.
 

12. You will be responsible for any claim made by any third party in respect of your submitted materials and to fully indemnify DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com website and their sponsors in respect of all royalties, fees and any other monies owing to any person or entity by reason of your breaching any of the foregoing.

 

A) This agreement is made between

DAA - Design Award Agency (Business ID: 3148527-4, VAT ID: FI31485274), (here in after DAA) which is the sole owner of the www.designawardagency.com and the www.archdesignaward.com websites and organizer of the Arch Design Award (here in after ARCH); and,

Any website visitor (here in after Designer) who has registered and purchased an Arch Design Award Registration Ticket by DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and/or submitted his/her Design for Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com.

B) Acceptance

​

Designer hereby agrees the Terms of this agreement by register and purchase an Arch Design Award Registration Ticket by DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and/or submit his/her Design for Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com,

C) The Subject of The Agreement

​

Within the scope of this agreement, the Designer shall register and purchase an Arch Design Award Registration Ticket by DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and/or submit his/her Design for Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com, in accordance with the Terms of Use and Conditions situated in this agreement so as to use the services provided by DAA and ARCH. DAA and ARCH shall have right to use the submitted Designs for promotional efforts on DAA’s and ARCH's websites, Instagram pages, Facebook pages, LinkedIn pages, Twitter pages, newsletter promotions. DAA and ARCH shall have right to use the submitted Designs to communicate to the public. Designer shall accept and declare to give the right of usage of the submitted Designs and it accept not to put in a claim for using of the Design within the scope of promoting and advertising. The scope of use of the rights granted under this agreement is limited only to the promotion and advertisement of the Designer and his/her Design.

D) The Duration of the Agreement

​

This agreement shall be in force from the date of register and purchase an Arch Design Award Registration Ticket by DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and/or submit his/her Design for Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com. Designer shall accept and agree that DAA and ARCH shall have right to use the Design, right of adaptation (process) , right of reproduction, right to communicate a work to public by devices enabling the transmission of signs and/or images including the digital transmission, related to the Design and other rights designated in this agreement without any limitation regarding location, number and content, and within the scope of promoting and advertising.

E) The Obligations of the Designer

​

Submitted Design by the Designer shall not violate any third party rights, DAA and ARCH shall not be considered as responsible. In case of that DAA and ARCH are pushed to make a payment to the third parties due to the violation of their rights, Designer shall accept, declare and undertake to compensate the all losses and damages of DAA and ARCH. Designs submitted to the DAA's and ARCH's websites shall contain the relevant and correct information. Designer shall declare and undertake that submitted Design is the Designer's work. Designer shall declare and undertake that submitted Design must be taken during the past 10 years, after 01/01/2014.

F) The Rights of the DAA - Design Award Agency and Arch Design Award

​

Designer agrees to undertake the license non-exclusively to DAA and ARCH the right to use his/her Design, within the scope of promoting and advertising for DAA and ARCH websites. Designer agrees and undertakes that DAA and ARCH shall have right to reproduce and publish the original or copies of the Designer's submitted materials in any form or by any method, with all kinds of print techniques or in different formats through electronic methods, in physical or electronic media. DAA and ARCH may reproduce and publish the Designs in physical media and transmit these to its subscribers. Copyrights remain on the Designer, he/she shall give DAA and ARCH right to use the submitted Design with the Designer's credit.

G) Award Categories

​

There are 2 award categories in Arch Design Award on ARCH's website: Architectural Design Category and Interior Design Category. Designer shall use the "Submit" menu to submit his/her Design for Arch Design Award. Designer can enter the same Design into both Architectural Design Category and Interior Design Category. 


H) Submission and Registration Steps for Designers
 

STEP 1.
Please, visit the "Registration" page and choose an available Registration Ticket for submission. Please note, the registration fees are constantly increasing during the different registration periods so we advise you to buy it in advance as you can submit your work at any time.

STEP 2.
You will receive your ARCH-ID after the successful payment within 3 business days by E-Mail. Please, use your ARCH-ID during the submission process.

STEP3.
Please, visit the "Submit" page and fill all the necessary information. Review your work carefully, make sure that the entries are submitted correctly before finalizing. You can submit your Design at any time before the final submission deadline: 05 March 2024, 24:00 GMT+3.

The Arch Design Award rewards the Designs at three levels in Architectural Design and Interior Design category: Bronze, Silver, Golden. Bronze Arch Design Award highlights projects have great design values in addition to functionality and appropriate use of materials, integration into the environment. Silver Arch Design Award goes to the projects have amazing design ideas, functionality, innovative solutions, great integration and market values. Golden Arch Design Award will be awarded for the projects have excellent design, flawless functional solutions, innovative and contemporary use of materials and green technologies, outstanding artistic and market values. Bronze, Silver and Golden Design Award Winners are excellent professionals who deserve international attention and recognition for their designs.


L) Process of Accept Submitted Designs

All submissions will be carefully evaluated by the members of DAA-ARCH Team. They shall evaluate and check all the submitted Designs for the following aspects: quality, technical adequacy, authentication of the materials. Designer shall not have any right to make an objection to the decisions given by the DAA-ARCH Team. 


M) Jury Process

The members of Arch Design Award Jury were selected from a wide range of applications. The Jury Members are internationally recognised experts, highly experienced, award-winning professionals from around the world in the field of Architecture and Interior Design. The Jury Members do not know any personal information about the Designers, the blind judging process allows everyone to stand on equal terms and with equal chances. The Jury Members vote on different aspects: Design, Functionality, Structures and Materials, Innovation and Sustainability, Market Value, Presentation. Jury Members give between 1 and 10 points for each aspect, which will be weighted for the final score. The degree of score weighting is proportional to the importance of the aspects: Design: 35%, Functionality: 20% Structures and Materials: 15%, Innovation and Sustainability: 10%, Market Value: 5%, Presentation: 15%. The final Design Score is an average weighted score by the Jury Members. Bronze Arch Design Award Design Score: 7,0-7,9. Silver Arch Design Award Design Score: 8,0-8,9. Golden Arch Design Award Design Score: 9,0-10,0. The Jury Members start voting after the finals submission deadline: 05 March 2025, 24:00 GMT+3. 


N) Winners' Announcement

Arch Design Award 2025 Winners will be published on 01 April 2025, 12:00 GMT+3.

P) Limits
 

Designer can submit his/her project for free. Designer can purchase as many Registration Tickets and nominate as many Designs as he/she like. There are no limits about the number of submitted and nominated Designs in Arch Design Award. Designer can enter the same Design into both Architectural Design Category and Interior Design Category. Designer shall declare and undertake that submitted Design must be taken during the past 10 years, after 01 January 2014.

Q) Termination

​​​

DAA and ARCH have right to change any part or terminate this agreement anytime without giving any reason. DAA and ARCH notifies by E-Mail about the upcoming changes and how these changes would affect the registered Designers.

R) DAA and ARCH websites Terms of Use

All content by DAA - Design Award Agency on www.designawardagency.com website and Arch Design Award on www.archdesignaward.com is protected by international and national copyright law. All Designers displayed in these websites belong to the copyright owners. DAA and ARCH cannot be held responsible by third parties, because of the damages arising from the submitted materials on DAA and ARCH websites.

Please note, the registration fees are constantly increasing during the different registration periods, we advise you to buy the Registration Ticket(s) at a discounted price in advance as you can upload your Design later. Once we have received your payment on DAA - Design Award Agency website: www.designawardagency.com, we are going to send a confirmation letter and the invoice by E-Mail. You can also download this confirmation letter and the invoice after the succesful payment from www.designawardagency.com.

STEP 2.
You will receive your ARCH-ID after the successful payment within 3 business days by E-Mail. Please, use your ARCH-ID during the submission process.

STEP3.
Visit the "Submit" page and fill all the necessary information (Contact Name, Conatc E-Mail, ARCH-ID, Design / Project Title, Design / Project Location, Arch Design Award Category, Design / Project Function, Name of Head Designer(s) / Office Name, Name of Team Members, Website Link, Design / Project Link, Design / Project Description, Photos, Photo Credits, Copyrights. You should review your work carefully, make sure that the entries are submitted correctly before finalizing. Cancellation and Return Policy
 

The purchased Early, Standard, Late and Final Registration Tickets for Arch Design Award on DAA - Design Award Agency website: www.designawardagency.com are refundable before the annual announcement of the Arch Design Award Winners. Please, write to us: info@archdesignaward.com before 01 April 2025, 12:00 GMT+3 and 100% of the payment will be refunded. After the annual Winners' Announcement on www.archdesignaward.com you are not able to request a refund for any used or unused Arch Design Award Registration Tickets. However if you have unused Registration Tickets after the annual Winners' Announcement you can use it during the next award season. Please, note after we accept your refund request it takes about 5-10 business days to receive the refunded money by the original payment method. Prior to purchasing an Arch Design Award Registration Ticket on DAA - Design Award Agency website, please review the Terms of Use and Conditions. 

The purchased Exclusive Crystal Glass Arch Design Award Trophy on DAA - Design Award Agency website: www.designawardagency.com is not refundable. These Trophies are personalised and specifically made to order, it cannot be returned or refund except in case of damage during delivery. Please, inform us by e-mail: info@archdesignaward.com within 5 business days after the successful delivery in case of any damages and mistakes. After this 5 business days period we are not able to accept the damage complain.
